The Point, Paddington was chosen as the new flagship office for global leaders in efficient and sustainable power generation.

The brief was to create a space that reflected the dynamic progression of the company and elevate them into a contemporary setting.

The space was designed to emulate the movement and beauty of their turbines while reflecting on the company’s heritage. 

A striking monochrome palette was softened with the use of soaped oak and burnt orange tones with large-scale photography. Enabling spontaneous staff interaction and collaboration was a key driver with the project while enabling people to focus without interruption. We introduced phone booths, screened collaboration hubs and bookable meeting space to help teams work more efficiently. A large breakout space was introduced to harness the growing company culture.
