Private Equity Case Study

For this project we were hired as design consultants. Our key role was to analyze a number of locations and produce a series of test fits and design strategies to help narrow down the building selection. 

As this was our second appointment with the private equity firm, we were fully acquainted with their existing work practices and with their desire to create an inspiring space for the staff— with a strong Scandinavian feel.

As design consultants, we advised on the overall aesthetics and mood of the space; including the architectural elements such as the spectacular staircase which would provide visual harmony between the 3 floors of the building.

We also lent our expertise to furniture selection, materials and their application and helped fine-tune the design to reflect our client’s exacting standards and their aspirations for new working methods.

The project is also in the process of being WELL certified.
