Our aim is to fit seamlessly into your company’s design process. With over 20 years’ experience within the sector, we have an extensive portfolio of clients who we’ve helped realize their design objectives and vision. We’ll be on hand to offer our help and expertise at every step of the way.

Evaluate

We start the process with an analysis of your current workspace. We want to listen to your aspirations for the future; while understanding and engaging with your frustrations.

We want to know what makes you tick. We like to get the whole picture before we put pen to paper, so a series of briefing meetings and leadership interviews can help to develop an outline brief.

Strategy

The analysis of your existing building or new office space is a vital step in creating the right environment.

To help us find the best design solution for your space, we create a number of test fit scenarios to fully explore a building’s potential and limitations. We also create a visual brief using a series of mood images to further enhance the optical strategy for the space.

Envision

Using what we have learned in the process so far, we develop a space plan. Here we put forward a series of design suggestions using hand sketches, material samples and furniture ideas.

During this stage, we spend time refining the layout, working closely with you and using your feedback to tailor the plan’s development. When we are certain we have created the perfect layout, it’s enhanced using 3D imaging. Here you are able to visualize and appreciate every minute detail of the design before anything has been built.

Detail

Once the design concept has been created, we will provide a supporting technical package.

This includes detailed drawings, floor plans, materials, joinery elements; everything needed to aid in the construction process. At this stage, we are also able to provide support in finding the right construction partner for your budget—if you don’t already have one in mind.

Finish

With a constant eye for detail and thorough understanding of your vision, we can work with your chosen construction partner to champion the design to completion.

Repeat

Over the years, clients have stayed in touch, often coming back to us with ideas for changing strategies, or to discuss any other unexpected alterations—both small and large.
