Wealth Management Case Study 

Our challenge was to relocate a company that was deeply embedded in their existing building, into a brand new office space on Pall Mall, while reflecting their prestigious 200-year history.

A traditional interior with a modern twist was developed for the client space. We transformed the Cat A space with coffered ceilings, panelling and skirting details using traditional paints and introduced a beautiful timber floor with inset broadloom carpets and rugs. 

We had the privilege of housing pieces of art from the Fleming collection within the design; as well as existing furniture and antiques. The rooms were arranged to maximise natural light, providing a warm and welcoming reception in which to receive guests while maintaining privacy.

The open-plan floor needed to be modern and flexible, allowing teams to collaborate fluidly. Team adjacencies were crucial, giving the client the option to expand as required. A large breakout space was created to incorporate and allow spontaneous interaction. This area would also serve as a comfortable space in which staff could relax during the day while helping the company’s culture to flourish.
